It is important to educate people using NITBUSTERS, that it may not appear to kill the headlice  immediately!   But that it will stop them from feeding, growing and breeding.

Their children may appear to have a head full of lice, but they will not be laying any more eggs, and any eggs they lay will not hatch.  (NITBUSTERS is oil based, and will penetrate the eggs,  as well as the adult insects.)  The literature on Neem indicates that Neem causes headlice to starve, but does not state what effect it has on eggs.
