Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with an item purchased please contact us immediately, as YOU are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. Should all else fail we offer you a 7 day cooling off period from the date that you receive the goods.
Should you decide to return the goods please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible the cost of return.
Note: Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
